Hi, I'm Matt and I have been obsessed with Christmas since I was a kid. I started covering my parents house with fairy lights when I was a teenager and haven't stopped since moving out and decorating my own homes. I am a father of 2 boys and they absolutely love seeing our house covered in fairy lights at Christmas. 

In my 25 years of Christmas light displays, I have tried many different ways to hang my Christmas fairy lights. The plastic gutter hooks would always break after 1 summer season in the hot Queensland heat. Lifting screws on the corrugated roof and adding wire to hold down the fairy lights was time consuming and was a risk of leaking when the summer storms rolled in. I also tried gaffa tape, but after a hot summer, the tape was difficult to pull off the roof and also left a sticky residue on the roof and looks messy. With these failures I looked for a solution and came up with these Christmas light clips with magnets.
